City Oilers - ABC 71:63

Oilers took the final spot in Group C and made their way to South Africa of the Basketball African League. City Oilers overcame ABC 71-63 and finished second with a 2-1 record.
City Oilers grabbed a 27-20 lead, but had only a 2-point advantage at the halftime. ABC replied with another 17-16 run in the third quarter, whilst City Oilers posted a final 18-11 surge at the end. Germaine Roebuck (196-F, college: Calumet) top-scored for the winners with 31 points. Baraka Athumani (180-PG-1994) replied with the same number in the losing effort.
